Hello, my name is Sam! Thank you for helping my hobby turn into a business. My story began two Christmas’s ago when my grandmother purchased a set of attachments for my Kitchen Aid. I had an idea to begin to make pasta for fun and eventually, I had friends who would ask me to make it for them. One day, one of my friends suggested I started making pasta and selling it. Since that day and two burned up Kitchen Aids, I decided to research pasta extruders and took the leap into the pasta making world full time this past December.
